Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These general conditions govern the provision of printing, signage and visual communication services offered by Grupo Firma S.L.
2. Acceptance of the quote
The contract is formed upon the client’s express acceptance of the quote, by signature or written confirmation (including email). Acceptance implies knowledge of and agreement with these terms.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. The applicable VAT rate is that in force at the time of invoicing. Standard payment terms: 50% upon order confirmation, 50% on delivery. Projects exceeding €3,000 may be subject to specific payment conditions.
4. Delivery times
Timescales indicated in the quote are estimates and are counted in working days from client approval of the final artwork. Grupo Firma is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
5. Ownership of materials
Final artwork and production files remain the property of Grupo Firma S.L. unless otherwise agreed. Original design files provided by the client remain the client’s property.
6. Complaints
Any issue with the delivered work must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. After this period, the work will be deemed accepted.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid.
